The Red Shoes Realtor

Selling a home, without the runaround.

You’re ready for the traditional Realtor conversation. Good. Here is how it goes, start to finish.

  1. 1Value

I walk through the house and look at what has actually sold nearby. You get a realistic price range and the reasoning behind it.

Not a flattering number to win the listing. The real one.

  2. 2Preparation

A short list: what to fix, what to clean, what to clear out, and what to leave exactly as it is. If you need help with any of it, I know who to call.

  3. 3Marketing

Good photographs, an honest description, and the listing in front of the buyers and agents who are looking. Showings get scheduled around your life, not the other way around.

  4. 4Offers

I explain every offer in plain English: price, terms, contingencies, timing. The highest number isn’t always the best offer, and I’ll tell you why when it isn’t.

  5. 5Closing

Inspection, appraisal, title work, paperwork, move-out date. There are a lot of dates. I keep track of them so you don’t have to.

Want to know what the home is worth?

An online estimate has never seen the inside of the house. I’d rather give you a number I can stand behind. Tell me the address and I’ll take a proper look.

Ask for a Home Value

Tell me what’s going on. We’ll figure out the next step.

No pressure and no sales pitch. One conversation about your situation and your options.
